I guess we have all heard about open secrets. Those are the kind of secrets everybody but us know about. They are usually military, or political secrets. I have always wondered what value a secret is if every government in the world knows about it, even if we don't? This is especially true for military secrets. The real question is how can we call them Military Secrets? One of these secrets is weather manipulation This is one of the biggest open secrets of all. The Russians know that we have it and we know that they have it. Other countries might also have it, but since I am just an ordinary guy, I can't be sure. If I was a government worker with a high enough clearance, I would probably know the answer to this question.

Weather control was worked on for many years during the cold war by both sides. What could be a better weapon than a tornado? Can you imagine an army in the field deployed over a large area and the enemy launches hundreds of fierce tornadoes at them? It would be utter devastation. Could the reason be that the government doesn't want us to know is they caused severe weather during tests that might have killed some people? I am not saying that this happened, all I am saying is that this might be a possibility. Something else is part of this mix and it is contrails. It is being said that some of these contrails contain polymers that are able to either make weather control possible, or to actually cause certain types of weather. This might explain why there have been so many contrails seen lately.

HAARP has to be mentioned when one is talking about weather weapons. HAARP stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. HAARP is composed of a site with a tremendous amount of arrays. The government explains this by saying that these arrays are only used to shoot holes in the Ionosphere for purposes of experiments. One of the components of HAARP is a Ionosphereic Research Instrument known as a IRI. It is a high powered transmitter. It is used to excite an area in the Ionosphere. Shooting holes in the Ionosphere doesn't seem like a very good idea, since this is what protects us from things like cosmic rays. Anyway there are plenty of people that will tell you that this is a facility that is dedicated to controlling weather and it is not the only one. Several of these facilities have been spotted around the world and some are now saying that there are far more than we are aware of.

Some things might be a far stretch but, Ivan and Katrina, the names of two of the hurricanes to hit our shores are Russian sounding names. This probably has noting to do with anything, but it is said that the Russians have been working on weather weapons for many years and maybe even before us. In the 1960s some Soviet military men talked of fierce weapon weapons being developed by that country. There are people out there that will tell you that Katrina was guided to the exact position that it hit on our shores. Telsa the great electrical genius had developed many devices and offered them to the US Government which declined, but took all his papers on his death. According to what some are saying, the Soviets took him a lot more serious than we did and decided to perfect the Telsa scalar. This device is said to create great wave effects. Supposedly if two of the beams from these weapons cross, it can create a weather Interference Zone or IZ. The beams are said to have tremendous energy and can be used to expand, decrease or direct the power of a storm.

Weather modification has been the dream of farmers for many years. The idea was to create rain, but unfortunately it has also been the dream of the military. Being able to control weather might even be classified as a greater power that the power of the H bomb. With a weather weapon, you can devastate an area and yet invade, because you don't have to worry about radiation and such. Not only that, but you can also deny doing it. If you deny you made the bad weather, it would be very hard to prove that you did. Supposedly weather weapon development started in the early 1950s, but I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the Nazis were playing with it.

The Russian weather control system is said to be known as Woodpecker. It is a direct development of the Telsa system. The American system that is based on the same principle is said to be known as GWEN or Ground Wave Emergency Network. It is said that even EMP pulses or Electromagnetic Pulses, can not destroy this equipment. These are the pulses produced by things like nuclear weapons and even EMP bombs that fry circuits. There are over 200 of these nodes and even if a lot of them are destroyed, GWEN will still be able to operate. Along with controlling the weather, it is also being said that we can now cause earthquakes in different parts of the world. Telsa was thought to have controlled earthquakes as early as 1935, but this part of his work was kept secret.

All this is bad enough, but it also turns out that there may have been more nuclear test in other parts of the world than we were led to believe. One was said to have occurred during the Carter administration, but a report came out that what one of our satellites detected was not a nuclear explosion. Many think it was and because of the test location site they think the either Israel, South Africa, or both that were responsible for it. If this was a nuke, then there were probably more tests that were covered up. I don't think that any country can build a nuke after only one test.

The next time a tsunami hits, an earthquake destroys a city, or a hurricane destroys an entire area, ask yourself this question, could anyone, or any country have gained any advantage from this happening?
