About Facts Net has started a ufo reporting section where ufo sightings will be posted for everyone's interest. When we get enough reports I will publish them under the ufo section of this site. All photographs and video are also welcome and will be posted if the sender is the photographer.

*Note - Some versions of the Firefox browser have to be put into Internet Explorer Mode to download the report instructions. That is done by clicking on the Firefox symbol in the lower right corner. There seems to be a bug in them with regards to Microsoft Office 2000 (.doc), the bug causes the page to keep reloading while remaining blank.

Just copy and paste the form into you email program while in compose mode and answer the questions and send them back to me. If you have photos that you want to send, you can scan them or if you want to mail them, let me know and I will tell you where to mail them to.
