What do you think of ufos? Do you think that they are vehicles from outer space piloted by intelligent beings that are light years ahead of us in technology or do you think that they are secret government projects and are covered up by making us think that they are extraterrestrial vehicles. As we examine some of the evidence that has accumulated over the past 2,000 years or so we might reach a different conclusion.

I have looked at so much in this area and I am thoroughly convinced that we are looking at a chicken and egg situation, only this one may have an answer. The evidence, such as it is, would seem to indicate that there are extraterrestrial vehicles visiting this earth of ours, but also that someone in the government got the bright idea of using this as a cover for government projects. Let me give you a case in point. We have all heard of cattle mutilations. Some witnesses have even said that they saw disc like ufos swoop down and carry cattle away and then come back with them and drop them where they were found, after the mutilations were performed. Are these events really as mysterious as we have been led to believe? Remember the government admits to running a disinformation campaign. What you hardly ever hear about are those few people that saw the discs, but noticed copter blades on top. Yes that is right, helicopters made to appear as saucers. What was the cattle used for? It could have been bio warfare experiments, reproductive experiments or experiments of some unknown nature. The reason there was no blood is that the animals were taken somewhere else, operated on, drained and returned. The operations seemed to use a laser and that is why the operations were so precise.

But how do we know that ufos are not vehicles that we have created? Some are, as I have said, but we can look back into history and see that they have been sighted far longer then we have been flying around. The ship was 50 to 60 feet long, cylindrical and 10 to 12 feet in diameter. This description is from a witness to a ufo crash in 1897. He went on to say that the metal was very light and he was there when the ship's pilot was removed. He stated that the pilot was dead and was not from this earth. This description, except for the pilot, pretty much fits what people describe today when they are talking about a cylinder shaped ufo. This type of ufo has been sighted many times. Sometimes witnesses even state that there are windows along the side and beings can be seen looking out.

But if some of these ufos are actually extraterrestrial ships and have managed to fly across space, why would so many crash on the earth? Ah my friends, that is the $64,000 question. I have often wondered about this myself. The later crashes could simply be our own secret projects gone wrong. As for the earlier crashes, there may be something in this earth of ours that affects their propulsion system. I have to assume that most of the vehicles we see are not the ones that traveled here, but are vehicles launched out of a mother ship. This may not be true for all the ufos, but I bet it is for the great majority. This still doesn't fully answer the question and I have no answer unless, somehow, we have figured out how to shoot down some of them. If this is the tragic case and there has been no retaliation, then surely the ufos are peaceful. There is another theory for the crashes. Many people believe that there is a war going on between several different alien races and that the crashes are not crashes at all but ships that were shot down by some mysterious weapons. There is always the other side of the coin. Maybe there has been retaliation in some form that we are not aware of. Millions of people go missing every year from this planet and many are never found again. It would be relatively easy to abduct someone and fly away with them specially if you weren't choosey and just grabbed the first person you found in a lonely spot. UFOs could also turn out to be from right here as some people point out. They could be piloted by some ancient race that is far in advance of us and lives under the ocean or inside the planet. Here is the last theory, there have been no crashes of ufos. Yes that is right, no crashes. The point being that these are staged by the government to keep us thinking that ufos are real to steer us away from government projects.

Why are there so many people that think that they were abducted by aliens? Let me start this answer by saying that even though they believe this to be true, it may not be. When people are put under the influence of certain drugs they become much more receptive to suggestions. It might be possible to kidnap someone, experiment on them and while doing this, make them think it was space aliens doing it. If they believed this, then their memories would show this even under hypnotism. It could be that someone or some organization knew that some people would seek help and then would come up with false memories, thus keeping the true event secret. There is a history of governments experimenting on unknowing people with drugs. Again the other side of the coin. This states that indeed visitors from other planets are experimenting on us then releasing us back into the general population. They also revisit the same people for reasons unknown. I can't help but think that out of the two possibilities I believe the first one is more realistic.

I noticed lately that a lot of people blame ufos and extraterrestrials for everything that goes wrong or for things that they don't understand. You will hear that it must have been ufos that caused strange lights somewhere, when it wasn't even investigated yet or that ufos caused strange looking clouds or so on. It is troubling when people blame something that they don't even know exists for natural phenomena. Please don't think that I am saying ufos are not vehicles from other worlds because some of them very well could be, I am just saying that lately too much is blamed on them. Sometimes though I can understand why ufos are blamed. In Shanwa, India in 2002, some kind of sphere flew over the village and emitted rays that killed several of the villagers, while others were burnt. What were these people to think? In this case it was natural to blame ufos. What really happened there? Was this some secret government weapon that was being tried out? Could it have come from a warring neighbor? Who knows.

When I was a kid, I couldn't wait to grow up and find out what was going on, then I grew up and still didn't know what was going on and couldn't find out with any certainty. It is a very frustrating thing to be in this position if you are someone who really wants to know. So many things are now secret that sometimes they come and go before you ever know about them. Such was the case with a plane that was just decommissioned. It was very advanced and yet it was retired as obsolete before we knew it existed. For those of you out there that have this urge to know things, I sympathize with you. Do you want to know about things like ufos? You never will, unless some event takes place that is beyond the control of our governments. That is just the way things are. Oh you can read books and papers, surf the web and so forth, but in the end you will be left with more questions than answers. This is what happens to me, yet I persist in the hope that someday, something will turn up that will answer the question of ufos with a certainty that can't be denied.
