Why does it happen? Apparently the sun published an old UFO video and inserted it into a story about a recent sighting. Fox owns the paper and has actually complained about what was done. The story was printed on January 18, 2010 and Fox believes that it was misleading. The video was filmed in Freemont, California and was inserted into an article about a sighting in Ireland. Come on guys, do we have to stoop to this? There are plenty of real cases that could have been used. Shame on the Sun.
There is no doubt not a lot of things that are not UFOs get mistaken for them. Even those in the UFO community realize this and will readily admit it. On November 13, 2009, sky divers wearing winged uniforms jumped out of a plane. The suits were all rainbow colored and attracted quite a bit of attention. The jump was from 13,000 feet above Lake Elsinore, California. When they jumped they all formed a large diamond pattern in the sky, causing all sorts of UFO sighting calls.
A UFO was spotted over the Bushwick section of Brooklyn on January 26 and January 27, 2010. It may have been oval-shaped, but it is very hard to tell as it seems to be surrounded by some sort of field. On closer inspection it seems that the UFO may have been changing shapes, but I cannot be sure about this.

A new report has come out about Google. Google's mapping service uses car mounted cameras and these cars drive all over the world. It is being said that as they are driving around, some of them have been picking up some very strange images, such as a strange object above a truck in Portugal and another object that is shaped like an aircraft carrier in the sky above L'Qquila, Italy. There is no way to know exactly what these objects are, but there was also no doubt that they are quite interesting.

Two low-flying UFOs were spotted by a pilot when they were flying over Warwickshire. The sighting took place in the early part of this year (2010) and one vehicle was described as glowing pedal-shaped craft. It was flying at about 1500 feet. The pilot watched it until it disappeared behind some clouds.
The pilot was not in a plane however, but walking through a garden in Rugby. He said that he was just looking at the stars that night, when the two objects came into view. He reported that they were not like any type of conventional aircraft. “The object was very clearly visible and was neither a traditional aircraft nor a balloon.” He went on to say, “It was circular in shape but had a structure which resembled flower petals extending outwards from the center and the petals where very strongly illuminated and appeared to be glowing as if they were on fire. Then overlaid at the center of the craft was a similar array of petals contained within the radius of the wider array. These too were very bright and similarly appeared to be on fire, with a shimmering orange glow. It was a quiet and still evening but there was absolutely no sound.”
Is this the end for truthfulness in the release of UFO reports? The Sun, the famous British tabloid and the newspaper that has just been involved with misrepresenting UFO material has pledged to take over the cash strapped Ministry of Defence UFO reporting bureau. I know for one, that this does not instill much confidence for me in what they will release. Is the British government intentionally trying to make those that report UFOs look foolish? They certainly have lowered the bar with this move. I can see it all now, a photo of a topless bathing beauty with a story about a UFO sighting report next to her. This is not exactly the stuff that inspires scientists. Another strange thing has happened, the Sun is now reporting that a top US scientists is applauding their move. The scientist is supposedly a NASA investigator of extraterrestrial life. Now I ask you, why would an agency like NASA, which is constantly being accused of altering photographs and hiding facts about UFOs and extraterrestrial life, applaud the move by the Sun, unless they felt that this helped their cause of making all UFO inquiries look foolish?
Some of the world's leading scientists met in a conference in London to discuss what aliens might look like. I am not talking about people that sneak across the border, but beings from space if they exist. One of the attendees wrote an article in 2007 for Scientific American that asked if aliens could be among us already. It is an interesting question indeed. If they were and looked like us, how could we ever know?

A photograph of a UFO that appeared over Buenos Aires, Argentina has passed inspection. The experts now say that the photograph is genuine and not a hoax. This is a photo that contains a UFO that was not seen by witnesses at the time, as has happened many times. The photo was taken on December 26, 2009.
It is being said that a UFO appeared over Haiti the day before the earthquake. I don't have much information about it, but here is a video of it from YouTube:

More and more countries are releasing their UFO files. New Zealand has stated that it too will release its UFO reports. The US is really beginning to look obstructive in this area. One has to wonder however, if the reports that are being released are truly all the reports on UFOs that a particular country has? All I can say is that I remember Nick Pope admitting during an interview, that when he worked for the Ministry of Defence, in England, he made sure not to create a paper trail on certain sightings. If indeed reports of the most pertinent sightings are not put into the general pool of sighting reports, then I have to ask the question, what good is all this disclosure, when the best reports are left out? New Zealand is saying that before their reports can be released, they must be processed. They claim that this only means that people's privacy will be respected by removing their personal data. How many times have we been misled in this area?
A massive Lenticular Gamma Cloud appeared in Indonesia. I do not have any info on it, but it upset a lot of people. The reason they were upset was that it seemed like something was inside the cloud that was emitting a very bright light in an otherwise dark sky. A sighting of a UFO in Argentina has people talking about another sighting that occurred in the 1970s over the same area. The UFO that was believed to be mining uranium. The UFO has been sighted in the region of Frias. This UFO is believed to be either the same UFO from the 1970s, or one that looks exactly the same. The UFO was said to be green in color.
A man saw a UFO over Bogota, Columbia on December 27, 2009. He was with his family on vacation. Kiddingly he said look there is a UFO up in the sky and as everyone looked up they saw a brilliant.object and soon after three more objects joined it. Each object moved independently from the other and because of this they could not have been balloons. The objects fell into formations of triangles of lines. At one point there was five objects in the sky.
