The disclosure project has been going on for years. It is operated by Dr. Stephen Greer and has had many whistle blowers testify in public about UFOs and alien contacts that are being hidden from us by the government. I have just received the following bulletin from Dr. Greer:

• Life on other planets was discussed at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland last week.

• Dr. Tarter and other SETI personnel have been hiding the truth about the existence of ETs for years.

It has recently been reported in a blog by the Washington Post columnist David Ignatius (click here for blog) that Dr. Jill Tarter spoke to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland about SETI's efforts to capture signals from extraterrestrial worlds using multi-millions of dollars worth of radio telescopes. Tarter claims her "closest alarm" came in 1998 when she was certain she was recording inexplicable noise in the cosmos. For a while she thought she had connected with ETs - until the sounds turned out to be a European spacecraft that hadn't been coded properly into the system.

In spite of the fact that SETI's radio telescopes are antiquated technology to the ETs - the equivalent of ancient humans sending out smoke signals and expecting them to be detected by our cell phones - in fact, SETI has actually detected signals from other civilizations, and has covered up that data! A SETI insider revealed this fact to Dr. Steven Greer, and Dr. Greer broke that news in an interview with Art Bell on Coast-to-Coast AM a few years ago, though he came under heavy criticism because he refused to identify his reliable source, to whom he promised anonymity.

But the fact remains: SETI personnel like Dr. Jill Tarter are in a position to know the truth, but have been spreading disinformation for years. There is abundant evidence that we are not alone, and hundreds of military and government officials, through the Disclosure Project, have established that Earth is already being visited by advanced civilizations from other star systems.

I have personally watched and listened to testimony given by former government employees who range from ordinary civil servants to top scientists, who have stated that they have personal knowledge of contacts made with aliens by different government agencies. While this may be hard to prove, the sheer amount of testimony from different people who are in a position to know, is definitely overwhelming, because of this many people who are interested in this subject are disappointed with Dr. Tarter. They believe that she, as the head of SETI, has been hiding important evidence of the alien presence for years.

I for one have found it very strange that we would be looking only at radio signals from outer space. When one realizes that radio signals only travel at the speed of light, then they have to realize that they are too slow for any type of communication being used by an advanced race. It seems to me that if we were lucky enough to pick up radio communications it might be from a spacecraft near our planet, which for some reason is using this primitive technology because they want us to pick it up, much the same as when a UFO appears in public and hovers right over us so that it can be seen.

It stands to reason that after all of these years that SETI, which is concentrating on the detection of alien radio signals, would have found something. If they truly have found nothing in all of this time with all of the sightings that have been reported over the years, then it seems to me they are barking up the wrong communications tree. If this is the case, then maybe it is time to look in other areas for more advanced types of communication.

Most of us know that Einstein stated that nothing could travel faster than the speed of light. But this really has to be refined, because the definition really states that nothing with mass can travel faster than the speed of light. There are particles that are thought to travel faster than light at times, they are called tachyons. A tackyon is hypothetical right now, but is believed to exist. Could advanced alien race be using tachyons to communicate? If tachyons do exist, as most scientists believe, then why aren't we trying to build tachyons detectors? Any particle without mass should be able to travel faster than light. Right now scientists are having a hard time with this concept, because some equations show that when you add data to a tackyon and send it towards a target, it could arrive before you sent it. I guess if they weren't having these problems we would be using tachyons ourselves to communicate with our deep space probes.

Another particle that was thought to have no mass for years is the neutrino. *Fifty trillion of these pass through our bodies every second and continue their trip right through our planet. They are very hard to detect but we do know that these exist. We have built huge tanks, filled them with cleaning fluid, and put them into the deepest mines. As neutrinos pass through the cleaning fluid they leave a trail which can be photographed. Today most scientists believe that neutrinos do possess a very tiny mass, but could they be wrong? Could it be that neutrinos are being used for communication by advanced civilizations and somehow accelerated to incredible speeds?

Another possibility might be that particles with mass are somehow transformed into particles without mass and then used for communication. Let's get down to brass tacks. We have been using radio communications for over 100 years. We all know that there has to be something better. While radio communication is fine for short distances, it certainly is unsuited for longer ones. We know through tests that there is some sort of strange relationship between atoms and that if one is disturbed another anywhere in the universe will react to this instantly. Perhaps if we can perfect this strange reaction, we may someday be able to get instant communication, no matter what the distance? Taking this a step further, we may even be able to get from one place to another instantly.

The bottom line is why does SETI even bother to appear and testify? Are they part of the Government disinformation campaign to make us think that there is no other life but ours? It would certainly seem so.
