UFO

It is amazing to me that the UFO updates now are two parts long. Things have really picked up. As I have said in the past, if I wanted to post every sighting, most of the articles on this site would be UFO updates at this time.

United States:

Another one of those orange glowing UFOs was seen over Duncansville, Pennsylvania on July 10, 2009. This time however, the orange object was triangle shaped, which is unusual. The object was seen at about 12:30 am. You can see the video of this object by clicking on this link:

On July 6, 2009 an unusual green glowing UFO was seen by several witnesses in the Boca Raton area of Florida. The object was seen at about 9 pm and was moving erratically. It was described as having a diamond shape and at an altitude of around 100 feet. Some times it just stopped and hovered. A white wire could be seen sticking out of both sides of the UFO. A man was camping with his son. They hadn't go too far, only to the backyard. They looked up and saw a very bright red light moving slowly above the tree line. All this took place on July 3, 2009 in Greer, South Carolina. The object was seen at about 10:30 pm. The witness said it looked nothing like the planes that fly across this area many times every night. As the object moved south, a white light come out of it and sped upwards. When the white light reached a height that was double that of the red light, the red light disappeared. The white light then began to flicker and slowly faded out. A witness in Silverthorne, Colorado stated that he saw something very strange in the sky on 5 July, 2008, at 1:30 pm. He said, “We couldn't tell what we were seeing, It was far enough out there, we couldn't tell what it was. It was maybe 15-feet long. It was pretty weird, whatever it was. Maybe it's the Air Force.” He stated that the object looked like it had a balloon above it, but that there were little objects flying all around it. He then said, “It was really, really weird, It was too big to be a bird. The way it scared the elk was really strange. It was like it was checking out the elk. The way it was connected and moving, I've never seen anything like that before.”

On 3 July, 2009 a large yellow orb was seen in the skies over New Hampshire. Several witnesses were present. Light beamed down from the orb. The object turned out to be the sun. This is a good example of some of the misidentifications made concerning UFOs.

Britain:

A plane spotter in Exmouoth, saw something in the sky at the end of June, 2009. It was not one of the usual planes that he watches for, but a strange object. While plane watching at 11:20 pm, he saw a cluster of orange lights. At one point he said that the cluster flew only about 150 feet above the ground. A second witness from Sidbury also saw the object. This witness had two friends with her. She described the object as an orange and red light and said it passed over her at about 11:15 pm on June 27, 2009. She said that it was only at roof height. It was going slow and made no noise. She said, "It was silent and there was a solid bright light with rays. It looked like a very big star.”

The curator of Allhallows Museum in Honiton was one of the witnesses to a UFO event that occurred on July 4, 2009. Strange lights were seen over St. Cyres Hill. The lights were orange and were said not to be the result of Chinese lanterns, or mini hot air balloons. There were nine orange lights and they were plotted by using a photograph of the sky over the curator's home. "They were all traveling up from below the horizon, which is why I took notice". "If they had appeared from over the horizon, I would have just thought they were planes from Dunkeswell.”

On July 4, 2009 a witness in Surrey said that they saw a UFO at about 11:00 pm. They state that they were standing on a balcony and saw flying objects that they couldn't identify and that several other people had also seem then in the same area in the past few days. They were described as a pure ball of orange flame color, traveling at high speed and sometimes stopping and also disappearing.

Dundee, Scotland was the site of a recent UFO sighting on 3 July, 2009. A witness claims that they videoed a UFO that was seen while they were out in their garden. The object was sphere shaped and moved slowly across the sky. The object looked like a moon sailing across the sky. A woman in Cambridge saw a UFO fly over her home on 2 July, 2009 at 11:20 pm. She said that she just stepped out into her garden when a huge light appeared out of nowhere. She said, "I did think about going and grabbing my phone to get some pictures, but I didn't want to leave as I genuinely thought I was seeing a plane disaster in action. But it was when it went over the roof of my bungalow I realized it wasn't trailing flames in any way - it was just a bright white light silently moving across the sky, but at the speed you would expect an aircraft to move at. I had no idea whatsoever of what it could be and I'm really curious now.”

Worldwide:

A witness in Shanghai spotted a UFO in July, 2009 at 1:40 am. It was extremely bright and hovering. He took a photo of it, but a cloud obscured the view.
