The following story about Admiral Byrd has been around for years: This story starts with the strange flight of Admiral Byrd on February 19, 1947. It is said that Admiral Byrd left Camp and flew north where he came across a large opening in the earth and flew into it meeting beings who gave him a dire warning. Immediately upon his return the U.S. Government examined him and ordered him not to talk about his flight. Supposedly during his flight he had radioed that he saw green valleys, trees, mountains, lakes. He was about 1700 miles beyond the north pole.

In 1692 Sir Edmund Halley, a British astronomer, calculated that the earth's magnetic field could only be caused by a hollow earth. He proposed that there were four spheres inside of one another and this would cause the variations in the magnetic field.

Our world is hollow, with the crust of the earth being 800 miles thick. There exists two openings at the North and South Pole, each hole having a circumference of 1400 miles wide. At the center of the earth is not a molten core but an inner sun which is six hundred miles wide and is 2900 miles from the Inner Surfaces. The diameter of the lip at the opening at the poles is 1200 miles long, thus a person can not see the other side of the opening.

Does every Hollow Earth believer have the same theory? NO, in fact there are two main theories concerning the Hollow Earth. As strange as it sounds they are called the convex and concave theories. Here is a short explanation of each:

The Convex Theory - this theory states that we are on the surface of a planet that is hollow.

The Concave Theory - this theory states that we and the entire universe are inside a gigantic hollow planet.

These two theories do sound strange, especially the second one that states we and the universe are all inside a hollow planet. But just imagine how strange the theory of the Big Bang would have sounded to a caveman. Remember strange theories have been proven to be true in the past. Examples of this are television, breaking the sound barrier, and atomic energy.

A man by the name of William Reed had published a book in 1906 that dealt with the Hollow Earth theory. The book was entitled "Phantom of the Poles". He stated that he was able to prove the earth was hollow and not only hollow but habitable. He claimed that for one forth of the price of the New York City subway construction he could make it accessible to billions of people. Was he a con man, or did he know something about the Earth's interior?

In Peru there exists this mysterious fortress. Each stone is locked perfectly with the stones around it, yet no motor us used. Some say that this feat is beyond what we could do today, since not even a piece of paper can fit between the stones and the stones are locked together so well that this fortress is earthquake proof and has withstood many earthquakes over the last several hundred years. The important fact here is that there are many tunnels in this fortress and they are sealed. There are indeed tunnels that one may enter at Sacsayhuaman and nearby Qenqo. If one walks behind the Inca's stone seat inside the fortress toward Qenqo, one will find all sorts of bizarre stone cuttings, upside-down staircases, and seemingly senseless rock carving on a grand scale There are also tunnel entrances in this area. Various rock-cut tunnels lead down into the earth and at least one goes to another part of the mountain area of Qenqo. All of these tunnels are blocked at some point and this area of Sacsayhuaman is still being excavated by Peruvian archaeologists. Will any of these tunnels lead us to the Earth's interior? It will be some time before we get the answer to that question.

Since the declassification of the new ground-penetrating radar, the most staggering data has emerged of complex and labyrinthine underground systems in various parts of the world. At places like Guatemala in the South Americas, tunnels have been mapped under the Mayan pyramid complex at Tikal, which extend a full 800 kilometers to the opposite side of the country. Investigators remarked, it was possible to understand how half a million Mayan Indians escaped the decimation of their culture.
In similar fashion, the SIRA radar was deployed in Egypt as early as 1978, mapping an extraordinary subterranean complex beneath the Egyptian pyramids. Arrangements made with President Sadat of Egypt, resulted in three decades of top secret excavations to penetrate the system. At a meeting in Australia, one of the key scientists on the Giza project, Dr. Jim Hurtak, showed film footage of work in progress called, CHAMBERS OF THE DEEP.

The film reveals the discovery of a vast megalithic metropolis, 15,000 years old, reaching several levels below the Giza plateau. While the rest of the Nu-Age speculates about a hidden chamber under the left paw of the Sphinx, the legendary "City Of The Gods", lays sprawled beneath. Complete with hydraulic underground waterways, the film shows massive chambers, the proportions of our largest cathedrals, with enormous statues, the size of the Valley of the Nile, carved in-situ. Researchers, risking their lives with lights and cameras, carefully negotiated rubber dinghies across subterranean rivers and kilometer-wide lakes, to penetrate sealed chambers beyond. Already, remarkable caches of records and artifacts have been found.
