Genetics, Weird Animals And Us!

There are strange things going on right under our noses and yet most of us never see them, including me. Sometimes when we hear a strange thing we chalk it up to an old wives' tale. The thing is that some of these tales could have a basis in fact. I am not saying that everything we hear is true, what I am saying is that some tales may be at least partly true. Over many years I have heard about the possibility of humans having hybrid babies. I have heard that aliens have impregnated human women and when the babies were born they took them. I have also heard that there have been hybrids that were part animal and part human and as a matter of fact, scientists all over the world right now are busy putting human genes into all sorts of animals. They say that they are doing this to be able to test drugs and such. I think that many of us have heard about the mice with human ears by now. If this happened a mere 300 years ago, the people doing this would have been burned at the stake for creating abominations. It would have been called witchcraft, or the devil's work. At least we have gotten past that.

While this may not be the devil's work, it certainly makes many of us uncomfortable. Here is a question for you, what makes us human? We don't even know what life truly is yet. Imagine if it turned out that some of the things we thought were inanimate objects actually have a life, but it was so different from ours that we didn't recognize it. What if rocks were alive, or crystals and we didn't know it? Here we are, cutting crystals into all different shapes. That would have to be considered torture of the worst kind. Well I really don't think that we have to worry about that, but I just wanted to illustrate a point and that is, we just might not be able to recognize life when we see it. This could be a very big problem for us when we get into space and start exploring. We might mistake intelligent life for plants, rocks and yes, even microbes. Just because intelligent life on Earth is usually between 12 inches to 7 feet tall that does not have to hold true for life somewhere else.

Scientists seem to have an urge and that urge is to bring back extinct creatures using their DNA. Most scientists have agreed orally not to conduct human genetic experiments, but let's face it, this is a big world and it contains many scientists and some are in countries that have none or weak oversight, not that ours is so good either. There will be some, I am sure, that will conduct human genetic experiments in one company has already admitted to creating babies to order using genetic material to alter the fetus. While many scientists think that someday we will be able to alter the genetic makeup of a fetus to eliminate the possibility of genetic diseases, we are not ready for that yet, as we are not ready to change a baby's sex, while it is still in the early stages in the womb.

Sometimes nature causes extreme genetic abnormalities. It doesn't always have to be done in a lab. The animal world is full of such things as two headed cows, animals with only two or three legs that usually have four and all the innumerable genetic accidents. Recently I saw a video that purports to show an animal that has a hauntingly human face.

How many human parts do we have to add to an animal before it becomes human? I guess that is the $64,000 question. We don't even know enough about the human brain yet to make a reasoned determination if these parts will eventually cause some kind of hormone, or other element that might make an animal's brain more like our own. Wouldn't that be terrible? Here we would be, experimenting on animals that might be much more aware of what is going on, because their brains have started to develop along the path of human brains. How do we know that this hasn't started already? Here is a case for you, a mouse with a lot of human parts escapes from the lab. He now breeds with other mice, creating a race of mice that are loaded with human genes and can now spread all sorts of diseases to us. His brain is more developed than the common mouse, because it has started to develop like a human brain. Will intelligent mice be running around someday and if they are, will we have to treat them more like humans?

The possibilities boggle the imagination. Don't think for one second that animals do not escape from labs. There are all sorts of stories of this happening. Certain diseases have been said to have been spread from these types of animals.

There are many different animals that have human faces, or have faces in the designs of their spots and such. The following is a video from YouTube of a type of fish with a human face:

For some strange reason yet unknown, the area around Japan has a lot of animals that have some sort of human form on them. One is the Casperonian or samurai beetle. Its shell contains the perfect face of a samurai warrior as does the shell of the Heike crab. The fish with human faces also come from roughly the same area. Is it any wonder why some of the Japanese people believe that the souls of their ancestors are in these creatures?

There was supposedly a sheep born dead that had a human face, below is the video link:

If you remember the cloning experiment that created Dolly the sheep, it was not a success as some people think. The effect of the cloning caused severe genetic defects to develop and Dolly died at an early stage of her life. Experiments on humans date back to the Bible. There is a famous story about Cleopatra that states that she wanted to know if it was true that it took 40 days for a male fetus to fully develop in the womb and 80 days for a female. She had her handmaidens impregnated and sentenced to death and then ordered them to be cut open at the specific period of time to see if the story was true. All sorts of fiendish experiments on people were performed throughout the ages. So I ask you, is there any reason to believe that genetic experiments will not be, or are not being conducted on people right now as I write this article?

Beware, Before You View This Video, It Is Very Disturbing!

There are always experiments going on. Here is a link to an old Soviet film showing how organ replacement began. It is on the gruesome side, be warned! The cruelty to animals is appalling, but the experiments did lead to the creation of a heart and lung machine, of the type that are used in hospitals today. One thing that I have to say is that the narrator would never make it as a suit salesman.
