Unusual Human Ability

There are an awful lot of things that most of us are not aware of when it comes not only to unusual human behavior, but also to unusual human abilities. As you probably know, there are many people that believe in reincarnation and they state that children have the most vivid memories of past lives and that this ability leaves them as they grow older. There is a boy who comes from the Volgograd region of Russia. Usually when a child of four or five years of age tells people to be quiet so that he or she can tell them about other civilizations and such, people would ignore them. Not so with Boriska. The people of that region have been listening to the child for years. So what is so intriguing about what this child is telling them? It seems that at a very early age the child would tell the people of the village all about life on Mars. Remember we are talking about a child that is far too young to make up such an elaborate story. The boy would talk about what it was like to live on that planet and describe what the people were like and how they traveled to Earth. He said that the cities were metallic and that the Martians had the ability to fly to other planets and did this routinely. He also said that there was constant war going on and that he descended from there after he died.

I want you to remember that he was saying this since he was very young and the people that heard him were convinced that he was reincarnated and that these were real memories. His knowledge of Mars and that civilization was said to be far beyond anything that this child could have heard or made up and people who listened to him were convinced that he must have lived it. When he told of the planet he spoke in terms far beyond what is believed that any child could have known. Even some skeptics after listening to him, have come to believe that he couldn't have possibly made this up. Is he proof of reincarnation, a reincarnation that goes all the way back to Mars and proves that we have all descended from there? The following video shows Boriska when he is older. Taken as a single event it seems ridiculous, but he has been saying this stuff since he was about 4 years old. He says that he is forgetting some parts of the stories and people that believe in reincarnation usually forget things as they get older as I said before.

Science has found that there are some of us that have extra taste buds. These people are called super tasters. Scientists ran a test and asked the participants to taste PTC and some couldn't and some could extremely clearly. It turns out that super tasters account for about 25 percent of the population. They became this way because it was caused by genetics. Many super tasters dislike bitter foods. Most super tasters are women, from Asia and from Africa. It seems to me that this is one trait that I wouldn't like to have, because a lot of the foods that I like, such as cabbage, brussel sprouts and such would be too bitter for me to eat.

Sometimes there are abilities that we have that we don't use. Most humans possess the ability of echolocation, this is how bats maneuver in the dark. One of the reasons that we don't use this is that we can see. Another reason is that it takes practice and it is thought that it would take at least a year for a human to start to perfect this ability. Some blind people use this method. You have to create a noise and determine where objects are located from the echo. One way to do this is by tapping a cane, another is by clicking your tongue.

Chimerism is a condition where an animal or person has more than one distinct population of genetically distinct cells. It is an unusual condition in humans and some people never realize that they have it. They might have one organ that is composed of one type cell and a different internal organ that is composed of a type different from the first. Far more obvious is a person that has what I like to call extra parts. Sometimes these extra parts have to do with genitalia. If it turns out that the cells (blastocysts) are of the same sex, only DNA testing can detect it. In animals it is sometimes caused by the mating of two different species.

One ability that has puzzled scientists is an ability that those that are less fortunate than us sometimes possess in very small numbers. It is the ability of savants to perform extremely complicated mathematics in their head. While the numbers of these people are quite small, the ability they possess is quite astounding. One of these people is Daniel Tammet who has a high form of autism.

One man has a truly strange physical ability. If I tell you his nickname, I bet you can guess it. He is called rubberboy. You can find his name mentioned five times in the Guinness Book of Records. He is the most flexible man alive. His real name is Daniel Browning Smith. He can bend his body into incredible shapes that we wouldn't even imagine possible. He is able to crawl through a tennis racket that has had the strings removed.

Another ability that we are all said to have is remote viewing. As you probably know by now, if you are a regular reader, remote viewing is the ability to perceive places and what is happening in them in real time, even though you are not there. This is usually accomplished by the remote viewer drawing what he or she thinks that they saw. It is said that if we are shown what to do and practice, that any of us could do this. I guess that would have to be proved to me.

The day is coming when humans will be artificially enhanced. We might not be able to recognize ourselves a hundred years from now. We might not only possess far more abilities, but also much greater longevity.
