Astronomers and other scientists have been looking for Planet X for years and although they haven't sited it yet, they have found that something is pulling on the planets Uranus and Neptune. One theory is that the sun has a dark companion many billions of miles away, but this theory is dismissed by many astronomers because they feel such an object will pull on all the planets. Other astronomers and scientists believe that it is a tenth planet doing the pulling. In 1984 the infrared astronomical satellite (IRAS), circling in a polar orbit 560 miles from the Earth, detected heat from an object about 50 billion miles away that is now the subject of intense speculation. It is felt that this might be the missing planet or Planet X. Some scientists believe that Planet X was a moon of Neptune and was ripped from orbit by Planet X. DR. Murray, a scientist at the Open University in the UK, argues that the very fact that comets maintain their eliciptial orbits is due to the fact that some unknown body in orbit around the sun is causing them to do this. He postulates that an object 32000 times the distance of earth to the sun would cause this effect but be so faint and slow moving that it would be very hard to detect. This distance is not extreme since the comets that zoom in and out are at a distance of between 10,000 to 50,000 times the distance of the earth to the sun. On July 3, 2001 a massive object was discovered in our solar system. It was near Pluto and was a large reddish chuck of something. The size of the object was announced as 900 to 1200 kilometers. It was announced as the largest of the Kuiper Belt Objects, the Kuiper Belt is were all the comets hang out, or largest KBO. Scientists were excited and thought that were there was something, more might be discovered. Then something strange happened. In August 2001, the reporting of this object changed. We were now told that all of a sudden, the object was blue. Some believe that this was done to prevent people from thing this was a small brown dwarf star which might cause panic. Think of it a small star coming our way, if indeed it was coming our way. A brown dwarf is not really a star however but it is more than a planet. There are many crazy rumors being spread about Planet X and its arrival. Some of these rumors are: Disaster accompanies Planet X's arrival "Boris Gryzlov, leader of Russia's Unity faction let the cat out of the bag when he told reporter Shukshin that Russia would "have to deal in 2003 with a massive population shrinkage." President Putin himself was quoted as saying that the '"anticipated chain of disasters due to hit the country in 2003" were "...a serious threat for the existence, I want to stress this, for the existence of Russia". Richard Hoagland's Enterprise Mission has published a series of articles in the last couple of years about "The End Of Days," alluding to secret society rituals and their association with astronomical markers, the occult plans for a "New Atlantis," and the past destruction of Atlantis. Hoagland noticed that these societies appeared to expect a new global cataclysm, although there currently appears to be at least one faction that believes the calamity (i.e., pole shift) can be averted. The are more near earth object misses because Planet X is getting closer. It seems that every year bring more dire predictions and more crack pots with baseless predictions. I feel sorry for that small minority that actually believes this stuff. So lets wrap this puppy up and put it to bed. Is there really a tenth
planet or is it just some sort of legend, who really knows? There seems
to be a lot of talk through history of a mysterious planet so that part
MIGHT be true or it may be some sort of symbolism depicting the coming
of gods or something of that nature. Its it possible that there is a
tenth planet, of course it is. It is also possible that there are eleventh,
twelfth, thirteenth planets. If there is a tenth planet, is there a
good change we will see it coming this way? I don't think so. Its hard
to believe that with all the sophisticated equipment we have that we
wouldn't have spotted this planet by now. Just the Hubble telescope
alone should be able to see it if it is moving. So I have to say to
all, don't worry, be happy. |
