Giant Human Bones

Dinosaur bones are quite common even though the animals died hundreds of millions of years ago. When I say common, I don't mean that you can go into your back yard and dig one up, although this might be a possibility in certain areas of the country, what I mean is that they are relatively common. There are places like national parks where you can actually see these bones sticking out of the ground and many museums that display them. Most of these bones have one thing in common, they are huge. It is said that man didn't exist during the time of the dinosaurs, and you won't find any preserved skeletons of man that were dug up, from this period. So what does this mean, is this proof that man wasn't around at that time?

Every once in a long while something turns up to indicate that maybe man was around then. We have ancient stones that were found that depict man and dinosaur together. We also have found foot prints that were preserved that show human and dinosaur tracks, both seem to be the same age. Even devices have been found in ancient rocks indicating that man was around, but alas no bones. Could it have been that man looked different in those days and we just don't recognize the relics that we have found as being the bones of man?

It has been claimed that many giant human skeletons had been found in the 1800s. One area of discovery was New York State. A doctor found human vertebrae that was much larger than our current size, not only was it larger, but it was much thicker. Could this just have been a freak of nature? I guess you could say yes if it weren't for the fact that other people also claim to have found giant human bones in other locations. In Ohio, a skeleton was found by another doctor that was almost ten feet tall. This find took place in 1878. These discoveries don't stop there. The skeletons found, range all the way up to 17 feet tall. Sometimes even groups of giant skeletons would be found. In 1895 a group of twenty skeletons were found, near Toledo, Ohio, and each one was at least 11 feet tall. For some reason Ohio seemed to be a good area for finding giant remains.

Even if man didn't exist in the time of the dinosaurs, something strange did happen during the ice age. It is said that every mammal species grew in size, including humans. The bones of the dead may have been destroyed in some religious ceremony or scattered around rather than buried, or maybe there were so few humans around that remains are hard to find and this may be why we see relatively few of them. It has also been said that some of these remains were so fragile that they would turn to dust when picked up. There are stories of bones being turned over to museums in the 1800's and when the original discoverers of the bones inquired a few years later, the museums stated that they had no record of the bones.

The topic of giant humans is almost like talking about ufos. Mention it and people think you are a kook. After all, where is the evidence? Look around today and there are no bones to be found that are recognized by the scientific community as being authentic. Why is it that most of the bones were found in the 1800s but you don't hear of anything being found now or do you? It certainly does make the whole idea of giant humans hard to sell. It is said that the problem with the bones not surviving in the museum system of earlier days is the fact that museums were not very organized then and things were lost or destroyed. One of these bones may yet turn up.

Having said all this about no evidence, there are so many stories of discoveries that it is astounding. For example http://news24.com has a story about giant human bones being discovered on a Pacific island. The skeleton is said to be over 3,000 years old and the skull has holes drilled through the cheek bones. This is a modern day discovery, the story is dated 1 August, 2005. In 1926 two giant human molars were found in Montana. In 1895 a photo appeared of a fossilized giant human that was 12 feet 6 inches tall. It had been discovered in Ireland during mining operations. The right foot contained six toes. The giant went on exhibit for awhile then disappeared. In 2002 a giant foot print was found in solid granite on Gowers Mountain. The foot print would seem to indicate a human about 12-14 feet tall. Another giant foot print was found that was determined to be that of a woman and the size would equal a 22EEEE today.

Could it have been that man did exist in gigantic form along with the giant animals of the time? Is this such an outrageous theory? Nature has a way of adjusting things. If you put a baby fish in a very small tank it will not grow as large as a baby fish put into a very large one. Maybe man needed to be bigger to survive and then shrank over the years when huge size wasn't necessary. Look at how much bigger we are today when compared to people in the middle ages. If you have ever gone on the reproductions of the ships of Columbus, you will be struck by how small everything is. The average man really has to bend low to get through the door ways on those ships. I saw an example of this in a castle in Scotland when I could hardly fit through a passage that led to the roof of the building.
