One of the favorite topics of this web site (along with many more) is secret government projects. I have spoken about them on a few other occasions. It is the sort of topic that one finds it hard to stay away from. I think the reason for this is the fact that there are so many unexplained things going on around us. As mere citizens we are not privy to much the government does. Many agree that the government must maintain some secrets in order to function but I feel that way too much is classified. For example the data on ufos has not all been released and may never be. I am sure if we could delve into the government archives unrestricted, we would find many things that are classified that today would seem as a joke. There are people out there that claim to have knowledge of secret projects due to the facts that they worked for the Department of Defense or other government agencies that handled secret projects. Some of these people are stating things that we ordinary people would have no way of otherwise knowing. Now being a rational person I know that you can not believe everything you see or hear but I thought it would be interesting to recite some of what they are saying for your consumption. No real names are used. Mr. X claims that he was a defense contract manager and he and some of his contacts decided to go public. He claims that these people worked with the most secret of projects. He says he was given a tour of Area 51, but was forced to wear special goggles that obscure all vision beyond 30 feet. He states that in 1975 while business computers were running at 4 million cycles per second, the people at Area 51 had computers running at over 1 billion cycles per second. He claims to have observed equipment for flying aircraft through virtual reality. Remember this is 1975 we are talking about. One of his contacts was an SR-71 pilot. The SR-71 is the Blackbird, the fastest plane ever built or so says the military. He stated that he had been flying over 2,000 miles per hour when he saw a hugh craft over him. It was 250 to 300 feet across. Some sort of energy was covering the oval shape of the vehicle. The vehicle seemed to be playing with him as it went from front to back and wing tip to wing tip. This went on for several minutes then the ufo disappeared. Here is the kicker, the pilot of the SR-71 said he didn't know any SR-71 pilots or astronaut that HADN'T had a close encounter with a ufo. Fast forward to late 1989. Mr. X claims that the SR-75 was built. It was the first Aurora. He states that the SR-75 is so fast that it can reach anywhere in the world in less than 3 hours. It is claimed that the plane can now reach Mach 7 (7 times the speed of sound) which is about 4500 mph. The SR-75 is also the launching platform for the SR-74 a space vehicle that has to be launched from above 100,000 feet and can fly into orbit. Mr. X is not the only person claiming knowledge of advanced weapons. A ufo debunker was instrumental in getting the military to release 156 NSA documents and a 21 page NSA affidavit. In the documents there are about 10 cases of Russian ufo sightings and some cases of the Russians attacking ufos but the outcome is censored. Some people feel that the NSA still has more documents it is not releasing. F-22 Raptor While researching government secrets I came across a web site whose author claims that some road signs in this country contain secret codes that will allow the government to know where to station troops and what towns to take over in case of Martial law. He also claims that a rapid deployment force is ready to enter the U.S. Did you ever see a sigh with an arrow pointing up? He claims that this has a hidden meaning and that these are FEMA signs. For more information you can go to this web site at http://www.tackamarks.freeservers.com/ Mr. Y is quite famous, I toyed with using his name but decided against it. I am sure that many of you will know who he is after reading these events. My. Y claims that he worked on alien spacecraft for the U.S. government at a facility south of Area 51. This claim has been made many times in print, radio and on tv. He went on to further state that there were nine saucer shaped vehicles housed in hangers in that area. He claims that he actually had hands on experience with a saucer. Mr. Y has caused a lot of controversy. His claims can't be verified because the base is not shown to exist, but more than that, his educational records do not exist. He states that the government made him a non person but many say he is lying. He has described the propulsion systems of the saucers in detail and this has made believers of many. The question boils down to this, are there secret government projects? Well let me ask you this, as intelligent people do you think that the government would just cancel the SR-71, the worlds fastest plane, with a replacement? Can we just ignore all the sightings that are taking place? Even if you attribute some of the sightings as ufos, you must admit that some have to be secret military aircraft. If history is any indication then we know there have been secret projects in the past. Just look at how long the F-117 was kept secret. We never found out about this stealth plane until the Gulf War. |
