Contrails or Chemtrails ?

There has been more and more talk about contrails lately. Contrails are the trails put out by jet planes as they fly. They look like lines made from dense clouds and are usually formed by water vapor. Now one might say, what the heck is an article about contrails doing in the Government section. I must say that I ordinarily would agree with them but there are some strange things going on with contrails. Contrails are not the only things in the sky that look like streaks or lines, there are also chemtrails. Chemtrails are chemicals that are sprayed from a plane or other aviation device in the air. They most definitely are not water vapor. But is this spraying merely to dust crops and kill pests? Reports are arriving that state that sometimes several planes are observed spraying lines that cross and spread, creating a mist overhead that sometimes has a strange smell or taste.

Is there something going on that the general public is not aware of? Remember testing has gone on before when people were not aware. Look at the LSD testing by the government years ago. And as if the haze wasn't enough, there have been reports of material dripping down, some sort of ooze. It makes one wonder what the purpose of these chem sprays would be. Could this be an experiment in some sort of anti ballistic missile defense? Maybe the haze can obscure radar? Maybe the haze is some sort of radiation protection, that would be handy, wouldn't it? Hey maybe the haze is holding down future population growth or it could even be an experiment in patching the ozone hole. These massive chem sprays are relatively new, they seem to have been noticed around the turn of the century.

Contrails? over Europe

Do these chemtrails amount to anything? Who knows, but they surely could. Chemtrails have been reported in many places but mostly over Europe and North America. Even in eastern europe there was only one country that has given reports and that is Croatia.

It has been said in certain circles that the mist released over our heads is actually an antibacterial warfare chemical. The difference between the contrails and chemtrails is that the contrails disperse rather rapidly while the chemtrails seems to slowly spread out. When asked, Lawrence H. Dubois, the director of DARPA stated he knew of no evidence of anything being sprayed from aircrafts by the federal government or any of its agencies. There are quite a few countries in the third world along with Russia and China that are engaged in biological warfare development and a defense would be timely if it could be accomplished without making people sick and it would be effective against all agents. It is said that a substance called BCTP which envelopes viruses and spores, destroys them on contact. Whether this is one of the substances being sprayed is not known.

Not everyone thinks that the purpose of these chemtrails or chemical sprays is for biological warfare protection. As a matter of fact the three leading theories are:

1. Weather modification
2. Population Control
3. Mass Inoculation - that is the one mentioned above

Contrails

It doesn't seem weather modification would be practical, given the way these sprays take place and their altitudes. The population control theory doesn't seem to hold water as the population is still increasing, so that only leaves the Mass Inoculation theory. A witness has been quoted on a few web sites who states that he was a mechanic at an airline company and accidentally discovered a pumping system for pumping chemicals in to the atmosphere. It is said that some airlines have been participating in something called Project Cloverleaf and they say that this is a project where the government has been paying airlines since 1998 to release certain chemicals into the atmosphere.

Silver Orbs are sometimes observed near chemtrails. They seem to be examining them and then they leave. It seems that we may have certain unpiloted small objects that are capable of flying through the chemtrails and examining them.
