2009 saw a sharp increase in UFO sightings. Just when you thought that the amount of sightings being reported couldn't increase any more it did. I don't know what the statistics will show for the year, but the amount of sightings that I was able to find out far more. People seem to have been more interested in UFOs in 2009 and they were taken more seriously. One reason might be that there are now a lot of countries that have supposedly made all their reported UFO sightings public. Don't believe it, the real juicy ones are still secret, no matter what we are told. UFOs appeared all over the world in 2009 and they seem to be showing up in greater numbers and before larger crowds. If we were to really study this phenomena I think that we would have to conclude that they are now trying to convince the common person that they exist rather than the governments of the world, who already know the true story but haven't told us. Some of the stories of 2009 were very interesting. Gary McKinnon, the British hacker that hacked into some US government sites, had his appeal to stop his extradition to the US for trial denied. It is a little surprising that a country would allow one of its citizens to be taken out of the country and tried by a foreign country for something that he did while in this own country. I believe that England is the only place that this could happen and that is because of the very special relationship that they have with us. It is almost as if they are becoming the 51st state. I know that the last time I was in the British isles, it was like being in the U.S. Many of the stores were the same ones we have here, as were the restaurant chains. Add to that a common language with a slightly different accent and it was almost like being home. Paranormal television shows became the thing in 2009. It seems that the show Ghost Hunters has been the inspiration for shows of this type on many different channels. It seems that people are interested in the paranormal and I found myself writing more articles on this subject, at least it seemed that way. There is no doubt that there are strange things out there that many connect to paranormal activities. Yes I admit that there are great problems when we are talking about paranormal activities, not the least is the fact that many ordinary things are mistaken for paranormal activities. So many people say that they have a funny feeling and never attribute it to the heavy meal they just ate, or they say that they saw something out of the corner of their eye and it looked like the shape of a person. It is just too easy to mistake something when we use our peripheal vision. I didn't conduct many interviews in 2009 due to constraints on my time, but I am going to try and correct this in 2010. I have already conducted a very interesting interview that I am going to post in the new year and it might be up by the time you read this. It is with a person that has been studying the Apollo missions for years and is willing to present the reasons that he feels that there was something strange going on. Look for it, I think you will enjoy it. There is just so much stuff out there that we have to wonder about. In archeology we just keep discovering older and older ruins. 2009 was a year when human life was found to have started much further back than originally thought. I still feel that the truth has not come out on this issue yet, because no one talks about human skeletons that were found that were MILLIONS of years old, because science thinks it is against Darwinism and God forbid we say anything that Darwin didn't believe. I often wonder why he was set up on this pedestal and all those scientists that don't agree with his theory are punished by their peers? One word against his theory of evolution is enough to get someone fired and many scientists have been. What many have said is that on the cellular level there seems to be intelligent design, with instructions from genetic material. This shoots the theory of evolution in the foot and the powerful Darwinists are having none of this. Last year many more planets were discovered. It is beginning to look like we will eventually find many other earth like planets. They may be the rarest kind since they have to be within a certain distance from a star to be like earth, but with all the trillions of stars out there, there may be millions or even hundreds of millions of earth like planets and if that is true, we will have a very good chance of finding some kind of life on some of them. The search for life has continued and we found out that life can exist in some pretty harsh conditions. It just might turn out that we might find life in places that we least expect. It just might appear in extremely hot or extremely cold environments. It could even appear on planets that have a toxic atmosphere. This just might be the century where we finally do discover extraterrestrial life. I changed the website in 2009 and tried to make it more friendly to cell phones and other mobile devices. Now you can read the latest articles on your cell phone or PDA by going into cell phone mode. You do this by going down the home page and clicking on the cell phone link. The reason that I did this is obvious, some people had wanted to be able to read my articles when they were on the go so I obliged them. I hope more of you will take advantage of this feature. As for the discussion board, it just didn't work out. In the future I may try again, but I just got tired of all the censoring I had to do with pornographic links that were being put up. It is still easy to comment on articles however, because you can always send me an email, there are links all over the site. In 2009 I was contacted by several television programs who were interested in particular articles that I wrote and one of them was UFO Hunters. I guess that just proves that you never know who is reading your material. One area that I slowed down in was putting up more free articles to publish. This is another area that I will try and improve in 2010. I am always trying out new things on the site and have put up a much beefier freeware choice from the “Free Viewers” link on each article page. You can not only find everything you need to read any type of file I use, but much more that you will find useful. Here is hoping that 2010 will be an interesting year and that we will have a lot more to talk about. Just in case you are curious, the top search term for December 2009 was Bismark, with UFO video being second. I would like to remind everyone to keep the search terms simple for better effect. If you are searching for Hitler, use Hitler not Adolph Hitler. Also use singular terms such as car not cars to get the most from the search. As they say, keep it simple. |
